A fun six week class, your beagle can be at any training level. Your hound needs to be healthy, enough to go over some obstacles, and have a friendly personality. A great opportunity to expose your beagle
to some fun new games, and challenges with a typical agility ring. You can mingle with other dog lovers, and your beagle can make some new friends.
*Note Attending Introduction to Positive Training is pre-requisite for this class.*
This is a half hour class for humans, head instructor Paula Weir, will teach you about, force-free training, clicker training,
free shaping, positive reinforcement- reward based training.
She will answer questions you may have on training and put together a personal plan of action for you and your beagle. Its a very helpful
half hour. Paula is a wonderful instructor, she is easy to listen to, follow, and cares about your dog as much as you do.
Dog City Training Center recommends that you bring a myriad of rewards for your dog for all their courses.Bring treats that your beagle would go crazy for. Its a new environment and our hounds, will love the new sniffs. Take a variety of treats, and toys, that will hold your beagle’s attention.
The first two classes, of Agility Just for Fun, will go over safely exposing your dog to the new obstacles, and rewarding them with
positive reinforcement, and making it fun at the same time. Once the dog is comfortable with the new challenges, the next
four weeks the dog will be running simple courses. The best part about the course is the bond that it builds with you and your dog. It builds trust, and you learn so much about your four legged friend in the process.
Dog City Training Center has on going classes and seminars.. Just pick the course you would like to take. Or call for more
