My own beagle swallowed
5 dollars once. We did get it
back. Arnie a 10 year old beagle
got into his owners purse,
and swallowed $275 dollars.
Beagles are known for finding things,
and swallowing some interesting items.
This could get expensive. Arnie is a
repeat offender, having swallowed
more hard cash.
BayNews9 Reports:
“I saw there was a 20 and a five,” Arnie’s owner Corey O’Kelley said. “The five had been chewed on a little bit, and so, I didn’t think much of it. I figured my wife had a few bucks in her wallet.”
The remaining $275? Nowhere to be found.
Sometime in the middle of the night, Arnie snatched O’Kelley’s wife’s purse off of the kitchen counter, pawed through the contents and found the perfect midnight snack for his expensive taste.
The worst my beagle ever ate was
$20 bucks. Our little burglar also
had a taste for cold cash. Poor Arnie
cute dog.
This beagle needs to be good. Santa
will be here soon. Time to be good
