The Helland family had their beagle micro-chipped. The information on her microchip,
helped the animal shelter find Maisy’s family. Its a simple procedure that a veterinary office can
Maisy showed up as a stray at Young Williams Animal Center earlier this month. As part of the intake process, workers scanned her for a microchip, which matched information for the Helland family.
Five years is a long time. Miracles do happen, and Maisy came home safe. I can imagine the excitement and joy her family felt when they received the news. This hound probably got the best homecoming ever. The Easter Bunny came early for their family. The best news of all is, that their beagle is healthy and safe. Our dogs and cats are a huge part of the family. So much joy comes from them in our lives. We never forget their cute personalities. My beagle Hunter loved to curl up with my dad, while he watched movies, or went in the yard. In fact we have a tree outside in our yard, that we call “Hunter’s Tree”, because he use to sit under it, from time to time, and watch over our family. Glad to hear that the Helland’s prayers were answered and they got their baby back. Happy homecoming Maisy!
